Live Online Classes & Recordings

I am offering live online classes from Denmark. I trust that the ability to practice what we love together online will nourish us as we navigate the changing landscape ahead.

All classes will take place via Zoom.us, a free video conferencing software. You must have a computer (or device) with a camera accessible in your yoga practice area. Once you register, your will be sent an invite to our “classroom" on Zoom.

Iyengar Yoga Class

Level 2/3: Tuesdays 9:00-10:30 am EST / 15:15-16:45 CET
General Level: Thursdays 8:45-10:15 am EST / 14:45-16:15 CET

Single class: $20

New Student Special: $45 for 3 classes

Monthly Subscription including recording available for 72 hours after class: $72 for 4 classes, $90 for 5, and so on @ $18 per class, as many as you would like to take in a month. These classes may be used anytime between the first and last day of the month; they do not have to be used on a weekly basis.

Recordings of classes are available only for regular students. For monthly subscribers, they are included in the cost of subscription. Otherwise, they may be purchased for $25 on a drop in basis. Recordings are available for 72 hours after class.

To register for class(es): submit payment via any of the methods below no later than a 1/2 hour before class. Once I receive your payment, I will send you an invite to our “classroom" on Zoom.us.

To purchase single recording(s): please write me indicating the kind of class you would like: standing poses, twists/forward bends, back bends, restorative.

Missed classes may not carried over to the following month's series.

No same day cancellation refunds.
