Summer Retreat at Menla

Yoga asanas and pranayama offer us the tools to move from the periphery to the core of our being. It is a lifetime practice that continually deepens our understanding and ability to touch inner layers of ourselves.

Join Iyengar teacher Eve Holbrook for a combination of practice that progresses and the settling that occurs while on retreat at Menla, an environment which allows space for quiet, undistracted reflection and a deepening of our life experience.

Situated deep in the Catskill Forest Preserve yet only two hours from NYC, Menla features a spacious yoga studio with a rope wall, meditation sanctuary, world-class spa, hiking trails (including guided treks and learn about the local flora & fauna), swimming pool, traditional sweat lodge and more. The food is delicious and locally-grown, and the staff is caring and attentive. 

Eve will lead two daily extended yoga classes suitable for all levels — an  active asana class in the morning, and a restorative and pranayama practice in the afternoon. As the week progresses, we will build upon a steady foundation of fundamental principles, towards a deeper, more refined practice that restores and develops our levels of physical, mental and emotional strength and stamina.

PRICING:

Prices range from $1120 - $1350, depending on choice of accommodation. There is also a camping option for $751. This includes all yoga classes, meals, and three nights accommodation. It does not include ground transport, spa treatments, or excursions. 

TO REGISTER:

Please fill out and submit this registration form, noting your room preference. A $500 deposit is required to hold your space in the retreat at Menla. Full payment is due on April 15, 2023.
